Upfront about their inability to work in the rain and high winds. They were prepared to do the job the day after I hired them but the weather kept them away but they called to explain and showed up once the weather cleared and did an outstanding job at the great price. The crew was well versed in tree care, gave me an assessment on the condition of my trees, were courteous, friendly, and had a great sense of humor.

The trees they cut were extremely close to our house & very tall. They were able to cut them down without ever touching the house, even with the wind being very strong. Aces Tree Service was phenomenal in many aspects of dealing with our trees in Aquia Harbour. Professional beyond compare, they were a delight to work on our "problem areas", including 3 oak trees planted much too close together (insufficient sunlight), a weeping tree overhanging the driveway & entangled in power / phone lines & even a massive 200+ year old tree that was originally part of the Telegraph Line during the Civil War which needed a HUGE crane to pick up (& over) our home (& power lines). I want to extend my very satisfying experience with your company. From the service department taking the appointment by Terry, to the estimate by Wayne, and to the actual job done by the tree service crew. Spite the blistering heat and the humidity that would make a skeleton sweat, we were pleased and impressed that even though it was hot, the crew kept their cool and their attitudes very professional. They were on time and got the massive job done in two days, trees cut, trimmed and stumps ground out. They came and went like it was nothing, scaling the trees with such quickness and fineness. They made the job look easy. With all the right tools for the job, and enough help with years of experience, set my wife and me at ease knowing we were in capable and well knowledgeable hands.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a Tree service. They show up on time with great attitudes, professionalism, and a smile on their face the whole time. Ace's Team was very supportive of what we wanted done and responded quickly--they assessed our lot on Monday and had a Team on site Tuesday.  They worked tirelessly the entire day, even in bad weather.  The Team lead did a great job trimming almost every tree on our lot and cutting out a few--he never complained and was quick to re-climb a tree when we asked for additional work on the tree.  They cleaned up well and gave us advice on how to handle some aging and leaning trees. Management was also willing to work with us on cost and find a fair price that we both were happy with.  Glad we used Ace s.  They did a great job
